kind staff warm welcome perfect location annoying key security issue wrong papers

the staff was kind and cute. they always greeted me with a warm smile and readily helped with directions. the location was perfect for visiting the main attractions (i was able to walk everywhere!).

The room had a strange rule about turning in the key every time i left the hotel. it became annoying to ask for the key upon returning. each time, i had to sign papers. On two occasions, i received the wrong papers with other guests' names (a serious security issue).

slightly disappointing room, i must say.

The location was acceptable for seeing things around. I could walk to places.

the room they gave me was not good at all. the breakfast was in some nearby place, it seemed overwhelmed with dirty dishes everywhere.

I appreciate the central location. It is very convenient to walk to major attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The bed was large and comfortable. The provided room upgrade.

The hairdryer was quite old and stopped working after a few minutes of use.
